Returns Policy

All purchases made through NIMOTA STUDIOS are considered final.*

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. Every item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure accuracy; however, if you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, contact us at infonimotastudios@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number. Please allow up to 3 working days for a response from our support team. 

Returns or exchanges will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Any items sent back must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns if there are signs of wear or use.

Exchanges in an exceptional circumstance, are currently only available for UK orders. Refunds apply to the item cost only and do not include shipping fees. 

For customers outside the UK, please be aware that any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If a parcel is returned to us, only the item cost will be refunded; original shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
