SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing our policies carefully. Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate, as we are unable to amend addresses once an order has been placed. We are unable to guarantee delivery by specific dates, so we advise using the guidance below to estimate your order’s arrival.
UK ORDERS
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details once dispatched. Orders that are in stock are typically delivered within 3 working days across the UK.
Please allow 2–3 working days for order processing prior to dispatch. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Delivery timeframes may be affected during busy periods such as bank holidays or the festive season.
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at infonimotastudios@gmail.com including your order number in the subject line.
Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight. We offer complimentary UK shipping on orders over £150.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International deliveries generally arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch, although certain destinations may require up to 17 working days depending on location (as indicated at checkout).
Processing times remain 2–3 working days, though this may extend slightly during peak periods. All international orders are shipped with tracking, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping fees are determined by parcel weight. Customers in the United States, France, Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands have the option to pay duties and taxes at checkout. For all other countries, import charges may be applied upon arrival.

NIMOTA STUDIOS is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or courier-related issues.
We are not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received. In such cases, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances outside of our control.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or if it remains unclaimed, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the order. In cases where a returned parcel is refunded, only the item cost will be reimbursed—shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
